Jeff joined the firm in 1998 after working at Quad-C Management, a private equity firm based in Charlottesville, VA, and in the Leveraged Finance Department of Merrill Lynch & Co. He is currently a Director of Fitness Ventures, Legacy Franchise Concepts and Comoto Holdings. His previous portfolio company involvement includes Esselte, EbLens, Sunny Delight, Honors Holdings, Advantage Sales and Marketing, Coldmatic Group, Dobson Communications, Fitness Quest, Pinnacle Foods, and WS Packaging. Jeff received a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
