Prospect Hill Growth Partners is a private equity firm focused on operational value creation in lower middle-market growth companies
Founded in 1995 as J.W. Childs Associates and rebranded to Prospect Hill Growth Partners in 2019, we continue to focus on consumer and healthcare services.
We draw our name from Prospect Hill, a park in Waltham, MA (where the firm is headquartered) with an elevated vista of the distant Boston skyline. We believe that our deep industry experience helps us take the "long view" in our partnerships, anticipating challenges and growth opportunities to best position our management teams for success in a dynamic environment.
